Dr. Waldron works with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, stressors, and addictive behavioral patterns. She obtained her Ph.D. in Biobehavioral Health and her doctoral research focused on how the discrimination and microaggressions that Latino/a/x college students experience at predominantly White institutions impact their mental health and substance use. Her therapeutic work with clients is built on empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of the complexities of human experience.
By integrating her clients' cultural values and beliefs into their work together, Dr. Waldron strives to ensure that therapy is not only effective but also respectful of unique identity and experiences.
