Do you take insurance?
We are in-network with Aetna, Humana and Northwell Direct. We are an out-of-network provider for all other plans. Most insurance plans provide out-of-network benefits and we’ve found that most of our clients who have a PPO are able to get 50-80% of each session reimbursed after meeting the deductible. Use our Benefits Check to estimate the amount your insurance will reimburse per session.
How do I submit my claim?
You don’t. We do. Our support staff can submit claims on your behalf, so you can focus on your path, not on the things that stand in your way.

How do I know if my insurance provider will reimburse me?
We help look up your coverage and will make sure you understand what your reimbursement will be, if any, before we dive in.
If you are an uninsured or self-pay patient, you have the right to
request a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges prior to receiving services.

Yes. Flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts allow you to set aside money before taxes for medical expenses. You can apply those funds to each appointment with us.
